Daragh and Laura here from Coasters Hostel and Cafe in Chaweng Noi, Koh Samui. We are a fun loving Irish couple who have been traveling around Thailand's beautiful islands for the past 6 months but could not leave this one in particular.
While traveling we have stayed in many different accommodations and can assure you that Coasters is everything a hostel should be. At Coasters Hostel and Cafe you will have a much more personable and social experience, making you feel like it is a home away from home and each person becoming part of the family. With only 14 beds divided into 3 rooms it will make it much easier to get to know other backpackers too.
Coasters is situated in the ideal location of Chaweng Noi along the main 4169 road making everything super accessible. On our doorstep we have tour operators, bike and car rental agencies, massage parlours, mini marts, pharmacies, foreign exchange and the beach club is only a few minutes walk away. We are only 5 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Chaweng Beach, 10 minutes away from the beautiful shops and restaurants in Fisherman's Village, 15 minutes from Samui Airport and 18 minutes from The Big Bhudda pier.
Feeling at home will be very easy. Along with free Wi-Fi, free towels and hot showers you can eat in Coasters Cafe enjoying delicious foods inspired by different corners of the world, chill on the rooftop terrace, drink some beer, read a book, play a board game or pick up the guitar and entertain your new friends.
Once you have checked in and meet your new roomies we can help you organise your days ahead to get the very best out of your stay here. Either group together or go it alone, what would you like to do here? You can book a safari or boat trip, go to the night markets, take a cooking class, snorkel, kayak, zipline, mountain climb, visit The Big Buddha or mummified monk, take yoga or muay thai classes, relax by the sea or go to the full moon party.......the list is endless and we can help you with all of it.
So what are you waiting for, book your bed and let us do the rest,
See you soon,
Daragh and Laura.
